In this painting Sarah has painted her country Minna Minna. The different colours in the paintings represent the tali (sandhills) that surround this country. Sarah says that there is good putja (bush leaves) which she cooks under hot coals. The white flowers of the putja are used in ceremony, rubbed onto the young men’s chest to make them strong ones.

Sarah recalls walking all over this country as a child knowing it intimately and says that there are many pukarrpi (rock holes) in the area.
