Serena has painted some of her grandmother’s country called Minyurr which is located on the Canning Stock route.

In the center of the painting is a living water rock hole called Tjurnuu which is located inside a cave which is named Minyurr. The lines in the painting represent the Tali (sandhills) that surround this cave.
