In this painting Dick depicts his Father’s country. The five lined concentric circles represent sacred sites, these are Nyrippi, Karcoo, Nevhaven Station, Yarrapilong and Tjungerai. The U shapes are the Jungerai men gathering to perform a ceremony in honour of the Ancestral beings which are believed to have created part of the landscape in this area. Dick has depicted the oval shapes as the cleared area ready for body painting.
