The painting shows a large salt lake which is believed to hold a powerful spiritual ancestor in the middle. There is a lot of Law held by the men to look after this place and the artist is one of the senior custodians for this Law. The artist spent his early years here and knows the area intimately. The area is associated with rainmaking.
