Sometimes I pay little bit for ride to Alice Springs - bit like bush bus - sit on bench seat in the back - bumpy ride - stop along way for break - driver, he’s family. Get off at shops or Tangentyere.
Sometimes that truck is school bus - gives lifts around community. Sometimes dogs get picked up. No cattle. No horses.

Dan normally pays a little for a ride to Alice Springs. It is similar to a bush bus and he would sit on the bench seat in the back. It is a bumpy ride and the bus would stop along the way for a break. The driver is like family to Dan. Dan would get off at shops or Tangentyere.
