The Story place of Waangk Uulk’ (Dillybag Story) is located on the Archer River, the Traditional Country of Janet Koongotema, a Winchanam Clan elder and senior contemporary artist living in Aurukun. Minh Themp (Black Duck) is a major totem for Janet. These ducks live around the Waangk Uulk’ can usually be seen sitting in large flocks along the sandbanks of the Archer.
